David is very professional and candid. He was very patient and responsive to all of our questions. He provided valuable feedback when asked but at the same time he gave us space to discuss among ourselves and we never felt pressured into making certain decisions. David is very good at negotiating and mostly, we were impressed by his objective market evaluation/analysis, which led to him to recognize when to negotiate and sometimes it is no negotiating that would yield the best end result.
